Christmas Time Out Tuesday

This time of year is so busy and with so much change can be stressful, parents and carers often forget to look after them, we have to look after ourselves we are therefore offering everyone the opportunity, to kick back and relax with an adult only evening before the schools break up and the madness really starts !  

This completely free event and open to anyone who takes on a caring role for a child or young person with additional needs, we ask you to register just so that we know to expect you.

A little self-care goes a long way on this journey, so give yourself some time out this Christmas, we look forward to meeting you.
