Applying for any new job can be daunting and we get that the work the Enable team do is . 

......a little out of the ordinary. 

These are some of the questions we are most frequently asked but if you have a different question.

Just ASK. 

How long is the trial period ? 

" 12 weeks. You must complete a DBS and reference check before yo can join the team. Over the next 12 weeks you will complete Safeguarding, First Aid, Autism Awareness and food hygine training whilst shadowing a current member at sessions. 

 At the end of the 12 week period, if these tasks are complete your position and pay rate will be reviewed by the senior management team"
